Each agent has taken part in a unique training program devised by the Scottish Tourist Board.
The course included seminars, classroom sessions and educational tours of Scotland designed to broaden the agents knowledge of Scotland and to help them in assisting potential travellers to Scotland.

* denotes those agents who have completed a graduate course in Scottish Tourism, earning the designation - SCOTSMASTER.
